Along with this, the benefit of 4-9-14 time scale available to the employees till 31st December 2021 should be ensured to be counted in the pay scale fixation. In the case of TGT in Punjab Pay Commission the grade pay is 5 thousand, the starting pay is close to 41,512, 3600 in the matrix of grade pay 41,512 by a multiple of 2.25 to 18,450.
TGT teachers have been placed in 38,100 in the revised pay scale of Himachal Pradesh government. The union raised the demand from the government that TGT teachers should be placed in level 16 with grade pay of 18,450 plus 5 thousand. 31 percent dearness allowance should be given to all the employees.
