one case in a thousand

When the information of the incident was received by Choli’s veterinarian Dr. Narendra Davar, he also reached Jagdish Patidar’s house to see the buffalo. Dr. Davar said that this case is unique in itself. This is called superfetation in medical language. According to Dr Davar, there are two horns in the uterus. Whenever pregnancy occurs, the baby develops in one of the horns. While the other horn is empty.

Even in the case of twins, two babies develop together in the same horn. But it is a kind of miracle that two wombs developed simultaneously in both the horns. Because of which the buffalo gave birth to two children within a span of a few days. Such cases are one in a thousand.
